Flickr Uploadr 3.0 is now available

The new version for Windows and Mac, makes it easier to add titles, tags and descriptions to photos, add them to sets and alter the privacy settings, plus a new feature with version 3.0, you can now reorder your photos before uploading by dragging them into position.
