The new web-based application allows Apple iPhone and iPod Touch users to make international calls totally free or at Raketu’s ultra-low cost VoIP calling rates. Additionally, users can send SMS Text Messages globally, and send email all from within the Raketu iPhone Application.

How to get it: Raketu’s new iPhone Application is entirely web-based and does not require any download. Just sign up for Raketu and access the service via your iPhone or iPod Touch web browser at:

Make sure you have Raketu credits in your Rakaccount and you know how to dial the numbers with Raketu’s webapp.
How to dial phone numbers: Dial the numbers as if you are calling from US. For International numbers: dial 011+(country code)+(city code)+(phone number) example UK: 011 44 2225551111 For North American Number Format, simply enter the 10 digit number: (area code) (number). Example NYC 212 5551212.
